Rice starch (Non-GMO) is extracted from rice. It is used as an oil absorbent.

How to Apply:

1. Swirl the eco vegan blush & bronzer brush on each individual shade, tap excess and sweep across the apple of the cheeks and cheek bones for a natural flush of color.

2. OR – swish & combine both shades for all-over buildable blush color.
